I start by placing the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. I add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Then I add the garlic and mix everything together.
I bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes.
Meanwhile, I boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. I drain them and set aside.
In the blender, I blend the cottage cheese with the mustard and garlic powder, if I choose to add it.
I take the baking dish with the cherry tomatoes out of the oven. I mash the tomatoes with a fork, then add the cottage cheese. I mix well and finally add the pasta. Stir everything together, and my quick summer meal is ready.
