A great, nutritious, very tasty lunch.
- 4 slices of bread
- 1,5 cup boiled chickpeas
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika
- oregano
- chilli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp feta sauce
Start by rinsing and drying the chickpeas thoroughly. Place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Toss in smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, chili powder, oregano, and olive oil.
Mix and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until crispy. Check every now and then and mix them up.
Toast the bread slices either in the oven or in the toaster. Spread feta sauce on the bread and pour the chickpeas on top. Finish with lemon zest and a little olive oil. Enjoy.
