The easiest, healthiest, bun in the world is here and you have to try it. 
    
    
        
        - 60  gr.  cooked cauliflower 
- 60  gr.  almond flour
- 1 egg 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- salt 
- spice mix 
 
    
    
        - Start by dropping cauliflower florets into boiling salted water.  
- Boil for 8 minutes. Drain and put the cauliflower in the food processor.  
- Add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, salt and spice mix to the mixture. Beat until the ingredients are homogeneous and transfer the mixture to a small pan. If you want, sprinkle seeds of your choice on top. I threw in some flaxseed and some oat flakes.  
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.  
- Remove from the oven, let your bun cool slightly and cut it in half horizontally.  
- Fill it with whatever you want and enjoy.
