You will make the easiest buns in literally 5 minutes.
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt
It is good to make each bun in separate bowls. That is, beat in a bowl 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. oat flour, 1/2 tbsp. baking powder and a little salt. Do the same in a second bowl if you want to make 2 buns.
Transfer the mixture for one bun to the individual pan and cook on one side at a low temperature. Cover with a lid and wait until the top of the bread starts to rise. Turn it over carefully and cook the bottom as well.
Do the same with the second mixture for the second bun.
Open the bun in half and fill it with whatever you want.
