Make the easiest, fastest Christmas cheesecake.
- 250 gr. sugar free biscuits
- 125 gr. butter
- 230 gr. cream cheese
- 500 gr. yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 135 gr. sugar substitute
- 30 gr. flour
Start by mixing the crushed biscuits with the butter after melting it in a bowl. Layer the cheesecake base in the form of your choice.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and flour. I add the eggs, the sugar substitute and mix.
I spread the mixture on the base and bake at 170C in a preheated oven for 45-55 minutes.
I take out of the oven. Once the cheesecake has completely cooled, I put it in the fridge for a whole night.
Serve it however you like. I preferred to serve it with a sweet spoonful of cherry.
