Christmas Brownie

It is very simple and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 120 gr. vegan butter melted
  • 120 ml. milk or vegan milk
  • 250 gr. sugar substitute
  • 150 gr. package of sugar free chocolate
  • 160 gr. flour
  • 60 gr. cacao

for the second layer:

  • 110 gr. package of sugar free chocolate
  • 1,5 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Melt the butter.
  • Pour in the milk and mix. Add the sugar substitute and mix. Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
  • Pour the flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add the hot chocolate mixture and mix well. Transfer to a buttered pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the brownie cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Make the ganache. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix it with the peanut butter. Pour the mixture over the brownie. Put in the fridge for a whole night.
