The tastiest semolina halva with orange that you will love.
- 90 gr. olive oil
- 360 gr. fine semolina
- 700 ml. water
- 250 ml. orange juice
- 540 gr. sugar substitute (i used coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Start by putting the olive oil and the semolina flour in a pot. Stir at low temperature until the 2 ingredients are combined.
Add the orange juice and the water. Stir.
Add the sugar substitute and the cinnamon. Stir well until the halva comes off the walls of the pot.
Transfer to a pan of your choice after first sprinkling the bottom of the pan with shredded coconut.
Allow the halva to cool before unmolding it.
