The tastiest semolina halva with orange that you will love.

Ingredients

  • 90 gr. olive oil 
  • 360 gr. fine semolina
  • 700 ml. water 
  • 250 ml. orange juice 
  • 540 gr. sugar substitute (i used coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

Instructions 

  • Start by putting the olive oil and the semolina flour in a pot. Stir at low temperature until the 2 ingredients are combined.
  • Add the orange juice and the water. Stir. 
  • Add the sugar substitute and the cinnamon. Stir well until the halva comes off the walls of the pot. 
  • Transfer to a pan of your choice after first sprinkling the bottom of the pan with shredded coconut. 
  • Allow the halva to cool before unmolding it.
