Quinoa Salad with Apples and Grapes

A wonderful, sweet, nutritious salad that will make everyone go crazy.

Ingredients

for the salad

  • 1 cup raw quinoa
  • 2 cup water 
  • 2 cup cabbage 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 2 apples 
  • 1 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cucumber 
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp walnuts 
  • cinnamon
  • salt and black pepper 

for the dressing

  • 2 tbsp tahini 
  • 3 tbsp water 
  • 1 tbsp make syrup 

Instructions 

  • Start by rinsing the quinoa. Boil the quinoa together with the water in a saucepan. Once it boils, cover with the lid and leave for 15 minutes, reducing the temperature. Remove from the eye and leave for another 15 minutes without the lid. Then stir and your quinoa is ready. 
  • While the quinoa is cooking you can prepare all the other ingredients and the dressing. 
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the dressing on top. Stir and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
