A great, quick meal that you will want to eat again and again.
- 250 gr. boiled beans
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 gr. olives
- 200 gr. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 big slices of bread
Start by heating the olive oil in a saucepan. Once heated, throw in the onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the olives and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the beans, stir and add the tomato sauce.
Let all the ingredients cook together for another 8-9 minutes. The putanesca beans are ready.
Meanwhile, brush 2 large slices of bread with olive oil and toast them in the toaster. Rub the surface of the bread with garlic and put beans on top. Enjoy.
