The tastiest baked bean meatballs are here and they are delicious.
- 1 cup boiled white beans
- 1/2 cup boiled beets
- salt
- chili sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or oat flour
All you have to do is mash the beans and beetroot with a fork. Once they are homogenized, add all the other ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.
Form 9-10 balls. Brush them with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.
If you want them to come out more crispy on the outside, you should fry them. Otherwise they will be soft but delicious.
