An easy recipe that you can make and keep in the freezer until you want to enjoy it.
- 1 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 400 gr. tomato
- 400 gr. boiled lentils
- salt
- spice mix
- 2-3 cup water or vegetable broth
Start by pouring a little olive oil into a non-stick pan or wok. Throw in the onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes and add the tomato. Mix a little and add the boiled lentils, salt and spices.
Cook for 4-5 minutes and then add the water. Let the bolognese set at medium temperature and set aside. Let it cool completely before transferring it to the icebox and putting it in the freezer. Each ice box of 6 cases is for 3 portions of bolognese.
