Healthy Cake Pops

The easiest healthy cake pops that your kids will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 5-cereals of Hipp 
  • 2 tbsp and 2 tsp almond butter
  • 10 dates 
  • salt 
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond or oat milk
  • 125 gr stevia couverture or couverture of your choice (you can also use white)
  • sprinkles (if you want)

Instructions 

  • Start by soaking the dates in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Put them in the blender with the Hipp's 5-cereals, the almond butter, the salt and the milk.
  • Start by adding 1/4 cup. milk, beat and see if more is needed. The goal is to be able to form balls.
  • Make 12-14 balls, put them on the cake pops and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the couverture. Melt it in a baking pan. Dip the cake pops into the couverture and toss the sprinkles directly on top if you choose to add.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy.
