Πιο εύκολα δεν γίνεται και από γεύση... απλά υπέροχα!
- 150 gr. flour
- 150 gr. yogurt
- 80 gr. feta cheese
In a bowl, mix the flour with the yogurt. Create a dough. Divide it into 8 and make 8 balls. With your hands (no rolling pin needed) make 8 round doughts. Put a little grated feta in each dough.
Close the dough and seal with a fork so that the cheese does not come out during baking.
Brush the cheese pies with a little olive oil and add a little sesame if desired.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow your cheese hand pies to cool slightly before enjoying.
