Apple Truffles

The perfect dessert for autumn.

Ingredients

  • 75 gr. apples
  • 55 gr. cream cheese light
  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 175 gr. sugar free cookies of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 gr. sugar free white chocolate

for serving

  • 200 gr. sugar free white chocolate
  • a little cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Start by pouring the chopped apple with a little water (3-4 tbsp) into a heated non-stick pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the apple softens slightly. Set it aside.
  • Pour the cream cheese and sugar substitute into a bowl and mix well. Add the cookies after first beating them in the food processor. Add the cinnamon and melted white chocolate. Mix well (needs some hands too). Throw in the chopped apple. Stir it up.
  • Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Take out and form into balls. Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the 200 gr. of white chocolate and dip your truffles in it. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Your truffles are ready.
