Start by cutting the tortillas in half. Form 4 cones and fasten them with toothpicks (as I show you in my reel on Instagram and Facebook).
Bake in the airfryer for 5-6 minutes at 200 C or in the oven for a little longer.
Clean your potatoes and cut them like pancakes. Add salt and oregano and bake in the airfryer at 180 C for 20 minutes or in the oven for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, make your salad. Put the greens, cucumber and corn in a bowl.
Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix well. Pour half into the salad and mix.
Fill your cones with some salad and fries. Pour some sauce on top. Enjoy the most perfectly crisp, summer meal with a beer on the patio.
