We start by boiling the pasta in plenty of salted water. As soon as they boil, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, pour 1 tbsp. olive oil. As soon as it heats up, add the onion and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the walnuts and mix. Add the tomato paste.
After 2-3 minutes, add the tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, smoked and sweet paprika. Let all the ingredients cook together and set aside.
For the yogurt sauce, simply mix the yogurt, garlic and salt in a bowl.
Spread some yogurt sauce on a plate. Put the pasta on top, add another yogurt sauce and finish with the minced mushrooms. Enjoy.
