The easiest, full protein cottage cheese tortilla is here.
- 1/2 pack of cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- salt, paprika, black pepper, oregano
All you have to do is beat all the ingredients in the food processor. Spread the mixture on a piece of non-stick paper in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
If you double the ingredients, you should also increase the baking time.
Your tortilla is ready and you can fill it with whatever you want.
