The perfect snack for energy, especially if you're working out.
- 1 cup tahini paste
- 6 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp goji berries, cranberries or raisins
- 2 tbsp nuts (if you want)
Start by mixing the tahini with the agave syrup in a bowl.
Add some oat flour. Stir it up. Throw in the ground sunflower seeds or the cranberries as they are.
See if you need more oats and add more. Form your balls and put in a jar in the fridge.
