2-Ingredient Tahini

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions 

  • Start by passing the sesame through the pan until it gets a little color. We don't want it to turn gold or burn.
  • Put it in the blender and beat until it becomes like flour. It will happen very quickly.
  • Add the olive oil and continue beating until you have the texture you want.
  • Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
