- 2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a pinch of salt
Start by passing the sesame through the pan until it gets a little color. We don't want it to turn gold or burn.
Put it in the blender and beat until it becomes like flour. It will happen very quickly.
Add the olive oil and continue beating until you have the texture you want.
Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
