A wonderful pasta sauce that will be loved by young and old alike.
- 300 gr. pasta of your choice
for the sauce
- 400 gr. pumpkin
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion cut in 4
- 1 tomato
- 1 red pepper
- 100 gr. feta cheese or vegan feta
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 50 ml coconut milk
Start by boiling your pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, put the feta cheese and all your vegetables, olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and beat in a blender with the coconut milk.
Mix your sauce with your pasta. Enjoy.
