Pistacchio Rolls

A dessert and a snack at the same time. The perfect summer healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr. pistacchios
  • 400 gr. dates
  • 2 tbsp pistacchio butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Instructions 

  • Chop the 100 g of peanuts and the remaining 50 g with a knife. Beat them in the multi.
  • Put the dates after chopping them into a pan together with the pistacchion butter. With a wooden spoon, mix and press the dates until they become a paste.
  • Put the date paste in a bowl and add the 100 gr. pistacchios. Add the cocoa, cinnamon and cardamom. Make a roll. Spread a piece of non-stick paper on a smooth surface. Pour over the mixture and give it the shape of a roll.
  • Wrap with the non-stick paper and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours before cutting and enjoying.
