The easiest, full of nutrients breakfast.
- 50 gr. oat flour
- 50 gr. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 scoop pea protein Amino Animo
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Mix all the ingredients and serve with berries (or fruits of your choice), a little almond butter and shredded coconut.
It does not want refrigerator, you can eat it exactly as it is.
