The easiest protein balls that should always be in your fridge.
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- salt
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
- sugar free chocolate
Add all the solid ingredients to the multi and beat. Then add all the liquid ingredients and mix.
If necessary, add a little water.
Make 15 energy balls.
If you want to add sugar free chocolate just melt 3-4 pieces in a baking pan or in the microwave and toss over your balls. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to cool the chocolate.
