Rainbow Salad with Yogurt Dressing

The most colorful salad is here and it's perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cup corn

for the dressing

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 handfull coriander or parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together with the dressing. Your salad is ready to eat.
  • If you want, you can add some crackers or pita chips or Doritos to your salad.
