The most colorful salad is here and it's perfect for summer.
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 2 cup corn
for the dressing
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 handfull coriander or parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together with the dressing. Your salad is ready to eat.
If you want, you can add some crackers or pita chips or Doritos to your salad.
