Start by cutting your potatoes into bite-size pieces. Boil them in salted water for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and cucumber. I cut the cucumber into very thin slices.
In a large bowl, pour all the ingredients for the dressing, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, curry and nutmeg.
Throw in the dill, onion, potatoes and cucumber. Mix well and enjoy your potato salad.
