The classic recipe of my mom and grandma.
- 6 potatoes sliced into wedges
- 1,5 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 7 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- black pepper
All you have to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Put your potatoes in a pan and pour the mixed ingredients on top.
Roast in preheated oven in 200 C for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, take juice from the pan with a spoon and pour it over your potatoes. Continue roasting.
Your potatoes are ready.
