Start by cutting your potatoes like french fries. Mix them with spices and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Halfway through, turn the potatoes over.
In the meantime, pour some water, onion, garlic and mushrooms into a pan. Cook until they drink their liquid and add salt, pepper, oregano and turmeric.
Add the tomato sauce and mix. Set aside.
Put the mushrooms on your potatoes and the grated cheese on top.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup with the mustard and pour over your mushrooms.
