Pizza-Omelette

A quick breakfast or dinner that you can prepare in 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 small tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt
  • oregano

for toppings

  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 80 gr. feta cheese

Instructions 

  • Start by putting the tortilla in a pan.
  • Pour in the eggs and beat them slightly. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Add salt and oregano.
  • Add your vegetables and cheese on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the pizza-omelette cool for 5 minutes and cut it.
