A quick breakfast or dinner that you can prepare in 15-20 minutes.
- 1 small tortilla
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
- salt
- oregano
for toppings
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 scallion
- 80 gr. feta cheese
Start by putting the tortilla in a pan.
Pour in the eggs and beat them slightly. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Add salt and oregano.
Add your vegetables and cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
Let the pizza-omelette cool for 5 minutes and cut it.
