Pizza with Mushroom Crust

Easy, quick and very very healthy. Without any flour.

Ingredients

for the base:

  • 250 gr. mushrooms of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded yellow cheese of choice
  • salt

for the toppings

  • 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded yellow cheese or feta cheese
  • 3-4 tomato

Instructions 

  • We start by chopping the mushrooms. Mix them with the egg and grated cheese and add a little salt if you want.
  • Transfer to a baking tray and spread the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the base cool for 10 minutes.
  • Spread the tomato sauce, grated cheese and tomato slices or whatever you like on the base. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is practically melted. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes and then cut it into pieces.
