for the base
- 50 gr. self-rising flour
- 45 gr. light yogurt
- oregano, salt, black pepper, onion
για topping
- 30 gr. shredded mozzarella (for the wreath)
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- onion
- pepper
- 20 gr. shredded mozzarella
Start by mixing all the ingredients for the base in a bowl.
You may need to add some water as well. Make a dough.
Open it with the rolling pin. Put the grated mozzarella in the ring and seal it with the dough.
Bake in the airfryer at 190C for 5 minutes.
Remove from the airfryer, spread the sauce, pepper and onion on top. Pour the grated mozzarella on top and bake for another 5 minutes at 190C.
Your pizza is ready.
