Ingredients

for the base

  • 50 gr. self-rising flour
  • 45 gr. light yogurt
  • oregano, salt, black pepper, onion

για topping

  • 30 gr. shredded mozzarella (for the wreath)
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • onion
  • pepper
  • 20 gr. shredded mozzarella

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients for the base in a bowl.
  • You may need to add some water as well. Make a dough.
  • Open it with the rolling pin. Put the grated mozzarella in the ring and seal it with the dough.
  • Bake in the airfryer at 190C for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the airfryer, spread the sauce, pepper and onion on top. Pour the grated mozzarella on top and bake for another 5 minutes at 190C.
  • Your pizza is ready.
