The easiest, fastest, most delicious spinach au gratin is here and you have to try it.
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 potato
- 1/2 kg spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- salt and black pepper
- shredded mozzarella
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Once heated, add the onion, potato and pepper. Stir for a while and add the spinach. Pour in the milk, salt, pepper and flour. Stir, lower the heat and cover the pan.
Open the lid every now and then to see what's going on and stir.
Vegetables don't take long to cook.
Transfer them to a baking tray and pour the grated mozzarella on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C in the air and up and down for 15-20 minutes.
The spinach au gratin is ready and very very tasty.
