Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside until I prepare the rest of the ingredients.
In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs, and olive oil.
Throw in the broccoli and spring onions.
Add the feta and mozzarella and transfer to a greased baking tray.
Pour the vegetable Parmesan on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 45-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the pie cool slightly before cutting.
