These cool bounty bites only need 3 ingredients to make and are sugar free.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey) (if you want)
  • 125 gr. sugar free chocolate

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing the shredded coconut with the coconut cream in a bowl. With slightly wet hands, form bites.
  • Put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate. Dip the bites into the chocolate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
