3-Ingredient Coconut Balls

Cool, slightly sweet coconut bites perfect for sweet summer cravings.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 90 gr. shredded coconut
  • 35 gr. honey or maple syrup
  • chocolate drops
  • extra shredded coconut

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated coconut, honey and chocolate drops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Form into balls and cover with the extra coconut. Refrigerate and try after 2-3 hours or even better the next day.
