Cool, slightly sweet coconut bites perfect for sweet summer cravings.
- 200 gr. yogurt or cottage cheese
- 90 gr. shredded coconut
- 35 gr. honey or maple syrup
- chocolate drops
- extra shredded coconut
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated coconut, honey and chocolate drops. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form into balls and cover with the extra coconut. Refrigerate and try after 2-3 hours or even better the next day.
