These broccoli burgers are both very healthy and very tasty.
- 300 gr. boiled broccoli
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella (or vegan cheese)
- salt, black pepper
- babybel light or vegan feta
Start by boiling the broccoli in salted water. Once softened, drain and transfer to a bowl.
Melt with a fork. Mix with the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form 4 patties. You can fill them either with lighy babybel or with goat or vegan feta (if you are vegan).
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 15 minutes or in the airfryer at 190C for 12 minutes. You can alternatively cook your burgers in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes.
