The easiest and fastest sweet snack that will delight young and old.
- 170 gr. sugar free chocolate
- 170 gr. peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cup rice wafers
Start by melting the chocolate.
Pour in the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well.
Throw in the rice wafers after rubbing them into pieces with your hands. You don't want them to be grated. You want them in small pieces so that your bars have texture.
Spread the mixture in a pan.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into bars. You can keep your bars in or out of the fridge.
