The easiest sugar-free chocolate mousse is here and you will only need 2 ingredients to prepare it.
- 170 gr. sugar free chocolate
- 1/2 cup espresso, filter coffee or tea
All you have to do is prepare your coffee. Put it in a bowl and pour in the chocolate in pieces. Start mixing until the chocolate melts.
Then fill another bowl with ice cubes and cold water and put the chocolate bowl inside. Stir until your couverture thickens, about 6-7 minutes.
Remove from the ice and continue to stir for a while longer. Your mousse is ready.
If you want it even thicker, you can put it in the fridge for a whole night.
