Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse

The easiest sugar-free chocolate mousse is here and you will only need 2 ingredients to prepare it.

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. sugar free chocolate
  • 1/2 cup espresso, filter coffee or tea

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is prepare your coffee. Put it in a bowl and pour in the chocolate in pieces. Start mixing until the chocolate melts.
  • Then fill another bowl with ice cubes and cold water and put the chocolate bowl inside. Stir until your couverture thickens, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Remove from the ice and continue to stir for a while longer. Your mousse is ready.
  • If you want it even thicker, you can put it in the fridge for a whole night.
