A different way to make your eggplants is this.
- 1 eggplant cut in 7-8 slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 gr. feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 bunch of dill, chopped
- salt
- black pepper
Start by slicing your eggplant. Put them in a bowl of salted water and leave them there for 15 minutes. Take them out and wipe them with a towel.

In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.
Put 2 tbsp. of the mixture on each eggplant.
Ψήσε στο airfryer στους 180 βαθμούς για 13-15 λεπτά.
