An amazing Filipino dish that you will love especially if you love sweet and sour dishes.
- 150 gr. oyster mushrooms
- 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- black pepper
- a little salt
Start by throwing all the ingredients in a food bag.
Add the mushrooms in the bag.
Put the bag in the fridge for 15 minutes or more.
Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan or wok. Once warm, add the mushrooms together with the marinade. Cook over medium to high heat for about 7-10 minutes.
Serve your mushrooms as you wish.
