Mushroom tocino

An amazing Filipino dish that you will love especially if you love sweet and sour dishes.

Ingredients

  • 150 gr. oyster mushrooms
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • black pepper
  • a little salt

Instructions 

  • Start by throwing all the ingredients in a food bag.
  • Add the mushrooms in the bag.
  • Put the bag in the fridge for 15 minutes or more.
  • Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan or wok. Once warm, add the mushrooms together with the marinade. Cook over medium to high heat for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Serve your mushrooms as you wish.
