These mini ice cream bites are perfect for your summer cravings.
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1-2 scoop vanilla protein
- 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the vanilla-flavored protein.
Form balls with a spoon and place on non-stick paper in a baking tray. Put in the freezer.
Leave for 3-4 hours.
Melt the sugar free chocolate.
Dip your mini ice cream bites into the chocolate and put it back in the freezer for 30 minutes. Your bites are ready to eat.
You can keep them perfectly in the fridge too but they will be much softer.
