Red Sauce with 5 Oven Baked Veggies

The easiest, tastiest, red sauce to create the tastiest pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 onion cut in the middle
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2-3 cup cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • spice mix

Instructions 

  • All you have to do is spread all the ingredients on non-stick paper in a pan. Add olive oil, salt and spices and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
  • Once the 40 minutes have passed, take the vegetables out of the oven and put them in the blender. Beat well until smooth.
  • Serve your sauce with pasta of your choice. Personally, this time I made wholemeal penne which I boiled according to the instructions on the package.
