- 400 gr. cooked red beans
- 1 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 200 gr. corn
- salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 50 gr. vegan cream cheese
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Start by pouring the olive oil into a saucepan.
Once heated, add the onion and garlic. Once they are cooked, add the tomato paste and the smoked paprika.
Toss in the red beans and the vegan cream cheese. Add the water. Mix well.
Lower the temperature and cook until the water becomes a sauce.
