All you have to do is mix the flour with the salt. Then add the honey and olive oil and 60 ml of water. Stir it up.
Add as much extra water as you think is needed. It may not be necessary at all.
Divide the dough into 2. Spread on a smooth surface a piece of non-stick paper. Put half the dough on top and cover with another piece of non-stick paper. Open with a rolling pin. Add some salt and whatever spices you want.
The thinner your dough is, the crispier your crackers will be.
With a knife, score creating squares. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
See if they need a little more, but be careful not to burn them.
Let them cool slightly to become even more crispy and enjoy them as you like.
Do the same process for the second dough.
