A very quick pasta made in a single pot.
- 170 gr. spaghetti of your choice
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 handfull parsley
- 250 gr. tomato sauce
- salt and black pepper
- shredded mozzarella (or vegan mozzarella)
Pour your spaghetti into a large pot. Add the chopped tomato, onion, parsley, garlic and tomato sauce.
Add salt and black pepper. Add water until it covers the spaghetti and cover the pot for 6-7 minutes. Uncover and stir.
Let your pasta boil for another 4-5 minutes. Check them and mix.
Once they are ready and the water has been saved, pour your grated cheese on top. Wait for it to melt for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
Serve your super perfect pasta.
