A very quick pasta made in a single pot.

Ingredients

  • 170 gr. spaghetti of your choice
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 handfull parsley
  • 250 gr. tomato sauce
  • salt and black pepper
  • shredded mozzarella (or vegan mozzarella)

Instructions 

  • Pour your spaghetti into a large pot. Add the chopped tomato, onion, parsley, garlic and tomato sauce.
  • Add salt and black pepper. Add water until it covers the spaghetti and cover the pot for 6-7 minutes. Uncover and stir.
  • Let your pasta boil for another 4-5 minutes. Check them and mix.
  • Once they are ready and the water has been saved, pour your grated cheese on top. Wait for it to melt for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
  • Serve your super perfect pasta.
