The easiest and fastest dinner that you can also enjoy as a light lunch.
- 2 eggs
- tomato
- onion
- pepper
- 1 1 handfull spinach
- shredded mozzarella
- salt, pepper, oregano
Crack the 2 eggs into a small pan. Throw in the tomato, onion, pepper. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
Put the spinach and grated mozzarella on top.
Bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180C.
Your easy dinner is ready.
