Quick Dinner in the Airfryer

The easiest and fastest dinner that you can also enjoy as a light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • tomato
  • onion
  • pepper
  • 1 1 handfull spinach
  • shredded mozzarella
  • salt, pepper, oregano

Instructions 

  • Crack the 2 eggs into a small pan. Throw in the tomato, onion, pepper. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Put the spinach and grated mozzarella on top.
  • Bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180C.
  • Your easy dinner is ready.
