Quick Pizza

This is the easiest and fastest way to make pizza for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1-2 peppers

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Start by spreading your tortilla on a round pan.
  • Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on top. Add some grated cheese. Put the second tortilla on top. Spread tomato sauce, onion and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated cheese on top and put back in the oven until the cheese melts. Your pizza is ready.
