This is the easiest and fastest way to make pizza for lunch or dinner.
- 2 large tortillas
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- shredded cheese of your choice
- 1/2 onion
- 1-2 peppers
Preheat the oven to 180C. Start by spreading your tortilla on a round pan.
Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on top. Add some grated cheese. Put the second tortilla on top. Spread tomato sauce, onion and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated cheese on top and put back in the oven until the cheese melts. Your pizza is ready.
