The easiest, homemade truffles for your hypoglycemia that do not contain any sugar.

Ingredients

  • 14 dates
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions 

  • Start by soaking the dates in warm water for 20 minutes.
  • Then beat them in the food processor along with the cocoa and coconut oil.
  • It's okay if there are a few pieces of dates left over. This way your truffles will also have texture.
  • With a teaspoon, divide the mixture into 10 portions. Put them as they are in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Then take them out and make them into balls.
  • You can put them in grated almond or coconut and store them in a jar in the fridge.
