The easiest, homemade truffles for your hypoglycemia that do not contain any sugar.
- 14 dates
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
Start by soaking the dates in warm water for 20 minutes.
Then beat them in the food processor along with the cocoa and coconut oil.
It's okay if there are a few pieces of dates left over. This way your truffles will also have texture.
With a teaspoon, divide the mixture into 10 portions. Put them as they are in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Then take them out and make them into balls.
You can put them in grated almond or coconut and store them in a jar in the fridge.
