Dessert with Banana and Praline

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toast bread
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tsp praline without sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • honey and sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Roll the slices of bread with a rolling pin to make them thinner.
  • Cut half the banana in half horizontally. Spread a teaspoon of praline on each slice of bread. Put the banana on top and close the banana with the bread creating a roll.
  • Cut into 4. Put the 4 pieces on a stick.
  • In a plate, mix the egg with the milk. Dip the chopsticks in and transfer to a non-stick pan. Bake until they get color on both sides.
  • Transfer to a plate and top with honey and sesame seeds.
