Easy, no need to bake and very impressive.
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar substitute
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 150 gr. sugar free chocolate
- truffles
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chocolate.
Form balls (about 12) and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Pierce each ball with a toothpick and dip it on one side into the chocolate.
Put truffle in another bowl and dip the balls in the truffle as well. Place them on non-stick paper. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
You can make the eyes and nose either with chocolate or get black sugar pearls from a store that sells sugar pearls.
