Pistachio Paste

The healthiest pistachio paste ever.


  • 150 gr. pistachios
  • water


  • All you have to do is beat the unsalted pistachios in the blender. Once melted, add a little water and continue beating.
  • Stop as soon as you get the perfect paste texture.
  • Transfer to a tightly closed jar and keep either outside or in the refrigerator.
